Kanye's Power and Grande's Sour

Rapper Kanye West spoke up on Saturday about being six months sober from his bipolar medications, however singer Ariana Grande misused this opportunity. Kanye disregards his mental illness as an obstacle as he tackled this issue on his latest album and refers to it as a “super power”. West publicly celebrated his sobriety on Twitter, saying
I’m loving the new music I’ve been working on. 6 months off meds I can feel me again.
sharing with his 29 million followers his enthusiasm for creating more personal songs due the lack of medications stopping his creative-flow. Kanye went on to describe his tweets as “therapeutic” as he is able to share his journey publicly, which he believes god wanted him to do.

In the meantime Ariana Grande posted a tweet promoting her new single with Miley Cyrus, commenting on Kanye and Drake's on-going feud and telling them to "behave" and let the attention be averted to her song. Consequence of Sound commented on Kanye's reaction saying:
He also took issue with Ariana Grande using his ongoing beef with Drake as a way to promote her latest single, “Imagine”. “I know Ariana said this to be cool and didn’t mean no harm but I don’t like even slightest level of slight commentary from someone I know loves and respects me,” he wrote. “People will no longer take mental health for a joke. All of this foolishness weighed on my mental health so @ArianaGrande you know I got love for you but until you’re ready to really make sure everyone’s ok don’t use me or this moment to promote a song.
Kanye seemed to have taken Grande’s words to heart, responding with a heartfelt message refusing to let her or anyone else ridicule mental health. He also took this opportunity to tell her off for essentially using him to promote her song, as well as to let her know that her behavior had a negative impact on him. To this, Grande responded with a strong-worded reply, claiming she did not need "anyone to promote anything" and disregarding her tweet as a "joke", as well as apologizing for being insensitive.
